Pete S. Hetzel, 75, of Allegan passed away Friday, July 10, 2020, at Borgess Medical Center.
Pete was born July 17, 1944, in Ashland, Ohio, the son of the late Peter and Marjorie Hetzel and had lived in the Allegan area since 1976.
Pete honorably served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force where he earned the rank of Captain.
A graduate of Ohio State University, Pete owned and operated a feed and fertilizer business and also served as Township Clerk for Cheshire Township for many years. He enjoyed operating his sheep farm and loved to square dance.
Surviving is his loving wife of 53 years, Donna.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Following his wishes, cremation has taken place. No services are being scheduled at this time.
