Delores (Dolly/Dee) Fenner, 83, a long-time resident of Allegan, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 15, 2016, at the Maple Lawn Nursing Facility in Coldwater.
She was born in a log cabin in Mongo, Ind., in 1932, to Ralph and Virginia (McMaken) Mann.
Her vocation was a bookkeeper and she was first employed in Sturgis. After moving to Allegan, she worked for Flashes Publications for many years as a head bookkeeper and personnel director.

She was instrumental in planning and building Allegan Christ Community Church and helped in any way she could.
Dee married Stan Fenner in 1978 and lovingly cared for him the last 10 years of his life until he succumbed to Alzheimer's disease in 2014.
She is survived by two children, Connie (Don) Carrigan and Mike (Mary) Velie of Indiana; two sisters, Tooge (Mann) Willyard, Tami (Mann) and Tim Littman; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Dee was preceded in death by her parents, husband and loving daughter, Cindee Eagan.
