Roger D. Daniels, 83, of Bloomingdale passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Bronson Methodist Hospital.
Roger was born Feb. 5, 1936, in Allegan, the son of the late Cleland and Ilah Daniels and had lived in the Bloomingdale area the last 30 years.
Roger was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, snowmobiling and riding his motorcycles. He also enjoyed bowling and traveling.
Roger was a wonderful repairman and could often be found working on cars, tractors and helping neighbors in need. He worked until retirement at Rockwell International.
He also was a veteran of the United States Army.
Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Lorraine “Lorrie”; two children, Tim and Keka Smith; and a granddaughter Haley McIntyre.
He was preceded in death by a son David and a brother Blake.
Following his wishes, cremation has taken place.
A private memorial service will be at a later date.
