Joe Robert McDaniel, 77, of Allegan passed away at his home on Jan. 12, 2019.
Joe was born on July 3, 1941, in Paris, Tenn. His father Marvin Dunn and his mother Della Dunn moved the family to Michigan in 1945, where Joe remained until his death.
Joe enlisted into the United States Air Force in January 1960, and left in June 1965.
Joe will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, Jackie (Morris) McDaniel; three children, Rebecca (McDaniel) Kloth, Stacey (McDaniel) Northrop and Joel McDaniel; also surviving are six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Others surviving Joe are his sister Helen Green; brother, James McDaniel and his wife Louise McDaniel, Vickie and Clifford Crawford. Joe is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
Joe was cremated following his death. A memorial service to celebrate Joe’s life is planned for the summer.
