Cleon Merton Duryea, 92, of Hopkins passed away Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018, at Ely Manor Nursing Home in Allegan.
Born Dec. 2, 1925, in Monterey Township, he was the son of the late Charles and Vera (Ruehle) Duryea and was the husband of the late Marilyn Ruth (Rankins) Duryea who preceded him in death in 2015.
Mr. Duryea is survived by his children, Charlene Landrum, Dennis and Cindy Duryea and Jodi Morris; eight grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by eight siblings; and his sons-in-law, Richard Landrum and Dennis Morris.
Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, from 5-7 p.m. at Gorden Funeral Residence, Hopkins Chapel, where funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. Comer Skinner will officiate. Interment will be in Poplar Hill Cemetery, Monterey Township.
