Eugene “Gene” Wubbenhorst, 73, of Allegan passed away on Nov. 29, 2017.
He spent his working years in the Sheet Metal Worker Local 7. Gene loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time outdoors and especially on the Tahquamenon River.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Chris; their two children, Lynn (Keith) Anderson and Eric (Jenn) Wubbenhorst; and three grandchildren, Logan, Allison and Samantha.
To celebrate Gene’s life, there will be a Party of Life on Saturday, Jan. 6, at 3 p.m. at The Fraternal Order of Eagles, 110 Chestnut St., Allegan.
In lieu of flowers, please give to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
