Margaret M. Pinkul, 84, of Gobles went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, July 21, 2017, at Allegan General Hospital.

Mrs. Pinkul was born June 25, 1933, in Harvey, Ill., the daughter of the late Despot and Elizabeth (Mathey) Dan.

Margaret married her true love, Joseph E. Pinkul Sr. and together raised two children, Joe and Annette.

She worked as a dental assistant for a private practice and was also involved in the Fireman’s Auxiliary, but always maintained that her husband and children were her first priority. That is until the grandchildren came!

Margaret was a woman who cherished her family and was a true and generous Christian woman. She had a great sense of humor and brought smiles from all who were lucky enough to come in contact with her.

Left to cherish their memories are her children, Joe Pinkul and his wife Shirley and Annette Harris and her husband Joshua; five grandchildren, Todd Harris and his wife Kris, Linzi Harris and Rod Reda, Joey Pinkul, Kevin Pinkul and Katie Harris; and six great-grandchildren, Chase, Zak, Joshua, Gracie, Olivia and Haley.

Friends may meet with the family on Saturday, Aug. 5, at 12 noon at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church where the Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1 p.m., Rev. Fr. Simon Manjooran officiating. Inurnment will be at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta.

Memorials may be made in Margaret’s name to Wings of Hope Hospice.

Arrangements are being provided by Gorden Funeral Residence, Allegan Chapel, www.gordenfuneral.com.
