Jerry Halden Hazen, 79, of Hopkins, passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017, at Wings Home in Allegan.
Mr. Hazen was born Oct. 6, 1937, in Grand Rapids, the son of the late Halden and Ethel (Leggett) Hazen. He spent most of his life as a truck driver. He retired as a loader operator from Grand Rapids Gravel Company.
